Overview

Salt is proud to partner with a leading global Energy & Utilities organisation navigating significant regulatory and compliance transformation. We are seeking an experienced Organisational Change Manager to play a pivotal role in driving large-scale change across people, culture, and business operations.

Reporting to the Project Director, you will act as a trusted advisor, leading and coaching executives while delivering measurable improvements in performance, adoption, and engagement. You will design and execute end-to-end change strategies, ensuring alignment across all stakeholders and lasting impact beyond the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and execution of the change management strategy and plans across multiple workstreams.
  • Build executive and stakeholder buy-in, ensuring ownership and accountability for change outcomes.
  • Mentor and guide peers and change champions to uplift organisational change capability.
  • Develop and deliver communication and training programs to drive adoption and sustain transformation.
  • Monitor and report on change in progress, providing insights and adjustments as required.
  • Support leaders, employees, and teams through coaching and guidance during transition phases.
What We're Looking For
  • 10+ years of proven success in managing large-scale transformation programs.
  • Strong background in strategy change, stakeholder engagement, communications, and training delivery.
  • Experience in the Utilities sector would be desired, however large company transformations is a must
  • Exceptional interpersonal, consultation, and leadership skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Tertiary qualifications or equivalent professional experience.
