**Job Description:**

We are seeking a skilled Construction Operations Manager to drive successful project results from preconstruction through final closeout in the safest manner possible while maintaining the highest quality standards. You will primarily focus within the commercial and light industrial markets.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all safety compliance and quality programs are executed on the project site.
  • Participate in bidding and pre-construction services.
  • Represent clients as their primary contact.
  • Manage the performance of professional support personnel.
  • Execute subcontracts.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of seven years of relevant construction operations experience.
  • A bachelor's degree.
  • Ability and willingness to travel.
  • Effective communication skills.
