Detailed Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day accounting activities, ensuring seamless execution of month-end close processes
  • Maintain strict adherence to GAAP, internal controls, and corporate policies to mitigate risks
  • Analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Support audits, SEC reporting, and tax compliance activities by providing accurate and timely information
  • Lead and mentor a team of 3–4 accounting professionals to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement efficient systems and processes
Key Qualifications:
  • 8–10 years of progressive accounting/finance experience, with a strong background in financial analysis
  • Bachelor's in Accounting + CPA required (MBA is a plus), with a focus on leadership development
  • Expertise in GAAP, with exposure to revenue, lease, and equity accounting highly desirable
  • Experience with enterprise financial systems, preferably Workday, to streamline financial operations
  • Advanced Excel skills, coupled with exceptional analytical and communication abilities
  • A results-driven leader with a solutions-focused approach, able to drive business outcomes
