Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead multifamily property operations. This dynamic role involves hands-on leadership, accountability for day-to-day operations, and driving occupancy, income, and resident retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Travel to assigned properties to provide strategic guidance to on-site teams
  • Oversee daily activities at assigned properties to achieve business objectives
  • Maintain high-quality living environments while controlling operational expenses
  • Promote collaboration with leadership to meet business goals
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations

Requirements:

  • Proven track record managing a multifamily property with 2+ years of experience
  • Ability to travel 100% of the time to various communities within our portfolio
  • Reliable transportation & a valid driver's license required
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and manage teams
  • Expertise in expense management, vendor management, and rent collection
  • Familiarity with Yardi or comparable property management software
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
  • Organized, adaptable, and solutions-oriented with a sense of urgency
  • Committed to delivering results while maintaining a positive team culture
