**Job Description**

As a materials supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient flow of materials throughout our facility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of your job site location and understand how it impacts other entities of contact.
  • Monitor, help coordinate, and communicate schedules, shipments, inventory, and late deliveries or stagnate trailers with materials.
  • Collaborate and communicate successfully with team leads, facility supervisors, and managers to ensure seamless operations.
  • Proactively collect, analyze, and utilize packaging data and feedback to identify opportunities to improve relationships and performance.
  • Compile reports about particular incidents, events, or updates about important issues for the business.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 0-5 years supervisory or management experience in a warehousing, distribution, or transportation environment.
  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills, as well as a strong attention to detail.
