Business Development and Sales Coordinator — Full-time position based at Woolloongabba, Queensland.

Level 3 SCHADS Award | $76,000 – $80,000 + Super + Incentive Package | This role is eligible for NFP Salary Packaging

What You'll Do
  • Drive sales of epilepsy training to organisations, schools, workplaces, and disability providers.
  • Pick up the phone, lots You'll be making proactive calls, following up leads, and converting enquiries into sales.
  • Support other tactical revenue goals, including merchandise and ticket sales, to boost fundraising and awareness campaigns.
  • Build strong, long-term customer relationships that turn one-off sales into ongoing business.
  • Use data and insights to identify opportunities, refine your approach, and stay on top of targets.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to make sure education offerings and sales campaigns hit the right audience at the right time.
  • Own the booking process, filling educator diaries and mapping travel so every hour on the road means more people reached and more impact delivered.
  • Smash your sales targets and celebrate the wins with a supportive team that's got your back.
Who You Are
  • A results-driven sales professional who loves the thrill of making calls, securing deals, and delivering on targets.
  • Experienced in phone-based sales (or customer acquisition) with proven success in high-volume activity.
  • Super organised, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple opportunities without missing a beat.
  • A confident communicator, negotiator, and relationship-builder who knows how to tailor a pitch.
  • Confident with tech, you'll join the focus on ensuring CRM (Dynamics 365) and Microsoft Office tools work hard for us, by ensuring clean data, smooth workflows, and stronger results.
  • Passionate about purpose and committed to helping people with epilepsy live well.
  • Curious, coachable, and up for a challenge (and a laugh).
