This role blends sales support, technical expertise, and administration.
What You'll Do
- Prepare customer proposals and manage accounts
- Support certification and documentation requirements
- Troubleshoot product-related issues and liaise with suppliers
- Maintain technical databases and product specifications
- Assist in setting up and maintaining QA systems
What You'll Bring
- Strong technical aptitude and clear communication skills
- Highly organised with strong problem-solving ability
- Proficiency with Office Suite and CRM systems
- Degree in Business, Commerce, or Science (or equivalent experience)
- Background in human or animal nutrition, chemistry, or pharmaceuticals (highly regarded)
