About the Role

We're looking for a hands-on, proactive Maintenance Assistant (Handyman) to join our small but dynamic team You'll be the go-to person for all things maintenance — from quick repairs and painting jobs to preventative upkeep and general improvements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure all rooms, swimming pools, amenities, and communal areas are well-maintained
  • Perform a range of general maintenance tasks including basic carpentry, painting, gardening, and plumbing
  • Carry out preventive maintenance projects and respond to repair needs
  • Work both independently and collaboratively with the wider team
  • Think creatively to resolve issues and improve the overall appearance and function of the property
  • Communicate effectively with managers, guests, housekeepers, and external contractors

  • A reliable, motivated team player with a can do attitude
  • Physically fit and capable of working in an active, on-the-go role
  • Previous experience in general maintenance (no formal qualifications required)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and an eye for detail
  • Commitment to safety, efficiency, and completing work to a high standard
  • A customer-focused mindset with a willingness to learn and grow in the role
