Job Overview

Tropical Queenslander is seeking a Part-time Handyman role. We require a hands-on, proactive individual to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain all rooms, swimming pools, amenities and communal areas in excellent condition.
  • Perform general maintenance tasks including carpentry, painting, gardening and plumbing.
  • Carry out preventative maintenance projects and respond to repair needs.
  • Work collaboratively with the wider team.
  • Develop innovative solutions to resolve issues and improve property appearance and function.
  • Communicate effectively with managers, guests and external contractors.
Requirements:
  • A reliable team player with a can-do attitude.
  • Physically fit and capable of working in an active environment.
  • Previous experience in general maintenance is desirable but not required.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Commitment to safety, efficiency and high-quality work standards.
  • A customer-focused mindset with a willingness to learn and grow.
