About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Grounds Person to take pride in keeping our resort gardens, lawns, and outdoor spaces looking five-star. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working outdoors, has a strong work ethic, and takes satisfaction in a job well done.

If you can also turn your hand to repairs, pool upkeep, or irrigation work – that's a big plus.

What You'll Do

  • Maintain and present all gardens, lawns, streetscapes, drainage corridors, and parklands.
  • Operate and care for equipment like tractors, ride-on mowers, brush cutters, and hedge trimmers.
  • Have a willingness to carry out general repairs and maintenance around the resort.
  • Work alongside our Groundskeeper to get jobs done safely and to a high standard.

What We're Looking For

  • At least 2 years' experience in gardening, landscaping, or grounds maintenance.
  • Confidence using and caring for grounds equipment.
  • Willingness to pitch in with handyman tasks and general repairs if needed.
  • Experience with irrigation systems or pool maintenance (desirable, but not essential).
  • Fit and capable of outdoor work in all weather conditions.
  • Reliable, with a "can-do" attitude and good attention to detail.
  • Able to work well in a small team and contribute positively.
  • Current Australian manual driver's licence.
