About the Role
  • As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that all guests have an unforgettable experience.
Key Responsibilities
  • Front Office / Reception: Handle guest check-in/out, reservations, and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Housekeeping: Maintain high standards of cleanliness in all rooms and public areas, including linen management and organization.
  • Maintenance / Handyman Tasks: Perform basic repairs and upkeep tasks to ensure the hotel remains in excellent condition.
  • Gardening & Grounds: Keep outdoor areas tidy and welcoming for our guests.

  • Flexibility and a willingness to help across different areas of the hotel are essential.
  • Current working rights in Australia are required, and we welcome applicants with Working Holiday Visas.
