The Role

Join our high-performing Sales CAT team as a Sales Consultant, where you'll connect with individuals and corporate clients to guide them through their learning journey. This is a phone-based sales role with warm leads only—no cold calling required. You'll help students map career pathways and select the right AIM qualifications or short courses in a consultative sales capacity that blends advisory, customer service, and strategic relationship-building.

What You'll Do
  • Engage with warm inbound and outbound leads—no cold calling.
  • Provide tailored learning advice and recommend AIM's qualifications and short courses.
  • Convert leads into enrolments and support students through their initial learning experience.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, and Learning Solutions teams.
  • Stay informed on market trends and contribute innovative ideas to enhance AIM's offerings.

About You
  • 2+ years of outbound telesales experience (professional services sector preferred).
  • Strong understanding of learning and development products.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
  • Proactive, organised, and passionate about helping others grow.
