About The Role

Excellent opportunity for a customer service superstar to join our small, supportive team as a Medical Receptionist in our fast-paced clinic located in Boronia. The role will also require rotation through our Knox and Vermont clinics. This is a full-time (Mon - Fri) position.

Responsibilities
  • Managing all phone enquiries in a timely, professional and confidential manner
  • Front of house reception / greeting patients upon arrival
  • Schedule appointments for patients and referrers
  • Issue patient invoices/receipts and process Medicare rebates as required
  • Enter and update patient registration details
  • Ensure the reception and waiting area is clean and presentable at all times

You Will Have
  • Strong customer service and patient focus skills
  • Eagerness to learn
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • High level of attention to detail and confidentiality
  • Ability to work autonomously, as well as part of a team
  • Experience in a Radiology background, as well as exposure to Medicare services will be highly regarded
