Job OverviewWe are seeking a Workplace Coordinator in Melbourne. This role is ideal for someone passionate about hospitality, experience-driven service, and creating a welcoming workplace environment. Reporting to the Director, Workplace Experience, this role is the first point of contact for visitors and plays a vital part in delivering workplace services that are seamless, helpful, and engaging.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver a professional and friendly welcome experience to all visitors and guests
- Manage meeting room bookings, event support, AV setup, and catering coordination
- Respond to workplace enquiries via phone, email, and in person
- Support workplace operations including mail handling, locker management, and inventory coordination
- Conduct regular office floor checks, log maintenance or WHS issues, and liaise with service providers
- Coordinate onboarding packs and technology setup for new starters
- Assist with process improvements and contribute to an inclusive, service-oriented team culture
- Background in hospitality, reception, or workplace concierge services (ideally within a corporate environment)
- Excellent communication skills and a warm, professional manner
- Ability to multi-task, stay organised, and remain calm under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and confidence using workplace systems
- Certificate III in Hospitality (preferred)
- A proactive, team-focused mindset with a genuine passion for great service
- Work in a welcoming and inclusive team environment
