Williams Lea is a leading global provider of skilled support services to financial, legal, and professional services firms. We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated Workplace Facilities Coordinator to join one of our premium clients in the Melbourne CBD.
About the role:
The role will see you working in a busy environment with a strong focus on Facilities in a client-facing role. No two days are the same with a variety of tasks.
Some of the key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Customer Service Excellence: high standards of customer service to meet the needs of a large, diverse workforce.

Support both hard services (e.g., building maintenance, Fire & HVAC systems) and soft services (e.g., cleaning, security, plants & waste) to ensure efficient operations and maintain building compliance.

Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and service providers
-
Supporting your manager with ensuring planned and reactive maintenance is organised, tracked, and completed through to invoice
-
Complete tasks using an inhouse ticket system
-
Logging tasks and jobs through a base building portal and BMS portal.

Other admin tasks include WHS audits
-
Being a First Aid Officer or Trained Emergency Warden
-
Assisting in workplace setup and ensuring the workplace runs smoothly
-
Changing lights & other light duties such as tightening screws and fixing small repairs
About you:
Ideally, you will have experience working in a professional office environment in a facilities role.
To be a successful candidate for this role you will possess:

Proven ability to work in a small team with a positive and friendly manner

High level of attention to detail

Effective time management and organisational skills

Effective communication skills; both written and verbal

Have a "can do" and "will do" attitude

Excellent problem-solving skills

Above average computer skills, including Microsoft Application experience

Customer service or administration background highly desirable
