Sales Consultant, New Homes - Residential Aged Care at Catholic Healthcare. Based full time on site at Kincumber, NSW Central Coast. 12-month contract, start ASAP. Join in the excitement surrounding the commissioning of a new home and contribute to occupancy targets.
Responsibilities- Engage with prospective residents and their families throughout the admission process.
- Initiate contact, schedule appointments, conduct tours, and provide support through to contract and admission.
- Manage the pipeline of leads and nurture prospective residents and families via inbound and outbound calls.
- Coordinate and influence positive sales outcomes that support both resident wellbeing and business objectives.
- Apply a consultative sales approach to secure residents and achieve occupancy targets.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in field sales, preferably in the Residential Aged Care or Retirement Living/Property sector.
- Experience in achieving sales targets, working to KPI's and increasing revenue.
- Understanding of NSW Aged Care Legislation.
- Demonstrated CRM and database experience.
- Good understanding of reading and explaining contracts and financial documentation.
- Friendly, approachable, patient manner; experience dealing with older generations.
- Australian Driver's Licence.
- Willingness to obtain a Police Check and NDIS Worker Check.
- Up to 7 extra leave days per year, NFP salary packaging.
- Additional benefits including fitness benefits, paid parental and family leave, and long service leave after five years.
