Central Auto Group is looking to expand our dynamic sales team at our North Gosford dealership. If you're passionate about the automotive industry, have a knack for building relationships, and are driven to succeed, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve monthly sales targets and gross profit objectives
  • Provide exceptional customer experiences, ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Build and nurture relationships with new and existing customers
  • Drive finance introductions and sales opportunities
  • Maintain strong customer satisfaction scores through excellent service
  • Collaborate with the team to create a positive, engaging workplace

What We're Looking For:

  • A passion for the automotive industry and helping customers
  • Previous automotive sales experience (preferred but not essential)
  • Mitsubishi and Hyundai experience highly desirable
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A solution-focused mindset with the ability to problem solve
  • Excellent listening skills and the ability to read customer needs
  • A team player who fosters a collaborative and innovative environment
