Job DescriptionThe ORS Workplace Rehabilitation division is expanding and we are seeking our next clinician to join us You will join a national team of 50+ consultants providing clinical services & evidence-based case management for injured workers so they can get back to living their best lives. You will work across national and state-based customers.
You will perform an array of assessments and interventions across various environments, including family homes, workplaces, medical centres, clinics, and/or ORS offices. You will help to bring best practice health engagements into all facets of our clients' rehabilitation journeys.

Graduate ProgramsIf you have recently graduated or are within your first 12 months of experience, you will be eligible to participate in ORS' six-month tailored new graduate program. This includes reduced client hours, an allocated supervisor, weekly mentoring, graduate-specific training, and opportunities to network with other new graduates and senior practitioners across Australia.
Requirements- Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology or Osteopathy
- Registration or ability to become registered with your governing body
- A car and licence
- A National Police Clearance, Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check & NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or ability to acquire one for client-facing roles
