Brief overview of this role:

We are looking for a new Account Executive to join our Sydney team, which will enable Sitemate to capitalize on existing inbound demand and organic growth within our smaller accounts.

This role suits candidates with experience in SaaS or tech sales, a track record of managing pipelines and achieving quotas.

Perhaps you're seeking better remuneration, or tired of high quotas requiring sourcing 100% of leads. If you prefer a smaller, growing team without excessive corporate controls, this role is ideal.

You will work closely with the Director of GTM, Customer Success, and Sales teams within our Small Business Pod, gaining a broader understanding of SaaS delivery. You'll have direct exposure to GTM leadership, the CEO, and the product team. There will be ample opportunities over the next 2-3 years to advance your career.

Employment details:

  • Full-time
  • Based in Sydney, Australia
  • OTE Remuneration (including Super): $140,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience
  • Base Salary (including Super): AUD $80,000 - $105,000
  • Commission (including Super): AUD $60,000 - $75,000

Daily responsibilities:

  • Handling inbound leads, conducting qualification, presentations, and proposals
  • Engaging prospects via calls, emails, and meetings, using tools like Salesforce
  • Achieving net new MRR targets

  • Learning industry-specific terminology and SaaS metrics
  • Mastering Salesforce and sales skills
  • Adapting to a fast-paced environment and reporting directly to leadership
