THE ROLE
As an Account Executive at DoxAI, you will own the full customer lifecycle - from prospecting to closing to post-sale growth. This role combines new business development, account management, and customer success. You will identify and pursue new opportunities, manage existing client relationships, and grow account value by driving adoption and expanding usage of DoxAI's AI SaaS solutions.
We are seeking driven, commercially minded professionals ready to own their pipeline, client relationships, and revenue results — all within a fast-paced, innovative environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Full-Cycle Sales
: Manage the end-to-end sales process - from lead generation and discovery through to proposal, negotiation, closing, and onboarding. - New Business Development
: Identify and close new business opportunities across enterprise, financial services, and new industry verticals. - Account Management
: Serve as the key commercial contact for assigned accounts, maintaining strong engagement and satisfaction. - Cross-Sell & Upsell
: Drive account growth by increasing product adoption, expanding usage, and uncovering new revenue opportunities. - Customer Success
: Ensure client satisfaction and long-term value by proactively supporting adoption, usage, and success metrics. - CRM & Reporting
: Maintain accurate records of all pipeline activity, opportunities, and interactions using Microsoft Dynamics CRM. - Solution-Oriented Selling
: Understand client challenges and craft tailored solutions that demonstrate the business impact of our AI technologies. - Executive Engagement
: Build relationships with stakeholders across all levels - including mid-management and C-Suite. - Outbound Prospecting
: Actively generate new leads through outbound calls, email campaigns, social outreach, and automation tools. - Tender & Proposal Management
: Own the RFI/RFP process for government and enterprise accounts, coordinating timely and competitive responses.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Demonstrated success in B2B sales, ideally in SaaS or technology-related roles.
- Strong experience managing the entire sales lifecycle and building trusted client relationships.
- Confident communicator with persuasive presentation and negotiation skills.
- A commercially minded, value-focused seller who understands customer pain points.
- High energy, self-motivated, and outcome-oriented, thrives under targets and deadlines.
- Capable of working cross-functionally with product, marketing, and customer success teams.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
- 3-5+ years of similar SME and B2B sales experience in a proactive sales role.
- Results-driven, with a proven record of using reporting metrics/KPIs to track progress against goals.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Dynamics (or other similar Office Suites).
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
- Native-level fluency in written and spoken English.
- You are confident and enthusiastic when presenting information to decision-makers, always working to align needs with our solutions.
- You are highly motivated to achieve your earning potential.
- You are comfortable making calls and web-conference demonstrations, with excellent phone presence.
- You are extremely organised and have a proven ability to exceed performance goals.
- You thrive in a fast-paced, competitive team environment.
