Overview

We are looking for someone organised and eager to learn, to join our team as an Installation Administrator. This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone who enjoys administration, is comfortable working with systems, and wants to work toward a shared goal.

With the support of your colleague, you will be setting up jobs in our system, tracking completed jobs, preparing reports, and supporting the team with invoicing and client communications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Entering and updating all sales order information accurately to ensure jobs can be scheduled and completed
  • Keeping all data up to date and accurate
  • Delivering great customer service by responding to customer requests
  • Working closely with the team and helping out where needed to meet customer deadlines
  • Helping to prepare and send compliance documents to clients
  • The finalisation and closure of completed jobs in the system so they're ready for invoicing
  • Support the team with general admin tasks when required
Your Skills
  • Organised and enjoys working with systems and processes
  • Good communication skills – written and verbal
  • Attention to detail – working with and reviewing data
  • A team player who's willing to learn and ask questions
  • Some administrative experience is helpful but not essential – full training provided
  • Comfortable using a computer and learning new software
