OverviewWe are looking for someone organised and eager to learn, to join our team as an Installation Administrator.
This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone who enjoys administration, is comfortable working with systems, and wants to work toward a shared goal.With the support of your colleague, you will be setting up jobs in our system, tracking completed jobs, preparing reports, and supporting the team with invoicing and client communications.Key ResponsibilitiesEntering and updating all sales order information accurately to ensure jobs can be scheduled and completedKeeping all data up to date and accurateDelivering great customer service by responding to customer requestsWorking closely with the team and helping out where needed to meet customer deadlinesHelping to prepare and send compliance documents to clientsThe finalisation and closure of completed jobs in the system so they're ready for invoicingSupport the team with general admin tasks when requiredYour SkillsOrganised and enjoys working with systems and processesGood communication skills – written and verbalAttention to detail – working with and reviewing dataA team player who's willing to learn and ask questionsSome administrative experience is helpful but not essential – full training providedComfortable using a computer and learning new softwareWhat You Can TrustA fulfilling workplace with opportunities to grow in operations or administration.
