Project Installation Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Installation Manager to lead operational and administrative aspects of installation projects. This role requires strong leadership, technical skills, and experience in the Electronic Security Service and Installation Industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • \
  • Supervise direct labour and subcontractors\
  • Conduct site audits and generate reports\
  • Provide client assurances throughout the project and manage technical escalations\
  • Analyse project data and report on outcomes\
  • Manage local stock movement and distribution\
  • Monitor technician/subcontractor project and spare parts stock\
  • Manage customer service-related calls and troubleshooting\
  • Manage mobile device app usage by technicians/subcontractors\
  • Identify and communicate issues impacting the project\

Requirements:

  • \
  • Experience as a Project / Field Supervisor for Installation or Service\
  • Knowledge of the Electronic Security Service and Installation Industry within industrial, residential, or commercial environments\
  • Valid Security License, OH&S Induction, and valid driver's license\
  • Strong knowledge of Security Systems\
  • MS Office software and MS Project experience\
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments\
