Project Coordinator

You will play a vital role in supporting our retail and hospitality partners across VIC & TAS. Your responsibilities will include coordinating the end-to-end installation of beverage service equipment in new and existing sites, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.

Your typical day may involve planning and scheduling installations, briefing contractors, checking progress, understanding equipment availability from suppliers, and working directly with customers to ensure they're set up for success.

As Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for leading the planning, logistics, and delivery of installation projects from start to finish, including developing project scopes, costing, and commissioning. This includes coordinating contractors, partnering with customers, managing project tracking, equipment availability, budgets, reporting, and administration.

  • Coordinate installations, projects, or maintenance in FMCG, retail, technical construction, or hospitality environments.
  • Have trade or technical aptitude across beverage dispensing machinery.
  • Hold strong project management skills with the ability to manage budgets and timelines.

As a confident communicator, you will build strong customer and contractor relationships. Proven examples of your dynamic and autonomous work ethic, problem-solving abilities, and informed decision-making are essential. Confidence in navigating project management software is also required.
