Our product offer consists of joinery, stone bench tops and glass splash backs.
We are dedicated to being recognised as Australia's lead manufacturer of lifestyle joinery through an emphasis in quality assurance, lean manufacturing processes and innovative joinery design. An opportunity has arisen for a newly created role located at our Truganina site in our Operations Administration team.
As "Customer Service – Post Install" you will be responsible for:
Point of contact for customer requests post installation
Investigating / troubleshooting with the use of internal guides to assist customer in resolving queries in a timely manner
Documenting post install builder requirements for design and manufacture where required
Oversee administrative tasks including post install builder quotes and orders
To be considered for this position you will need the following skills:
High level Problem solving
Customer Service Mindset
Inquisitive and eager to learn
Computer literacy and be proficient in Microsoft Suite
Attention to detail
Ability to communicate effectively and clearly with customers and key stakeholders
Ability to work to strict deadlines
Be passionate about continuous improvement
Knowledge in interpreting joinery plans is desirable but not essential
Experience in a manufacturing environment is desirable but not essential
Having a strong customer service ethos, you will demonstrate high initiative and problem solving abilities. Your strengths will include your ability to develop good relationships and rapport with customers and internal stakeholders.
