About the Role

As a Key Account Manager - Foodservice, you will work closely with chefs, hospitality operators, and wholesale distributors to strengthen our presence in commercial kitchens, restaurants, and food businesses.

This is a hands-on sales role, ideal for someone with a cheffing background looking to step into a commercial role. Spending 95% of your time in the field, you will manage key accounts, ensure product distribution, and build strong relationships with chefs and foodservice clients.

Responsibilities
  • Build relationships with chefs, distributors, and key foodservice customers.
  • Develop sales opportunities, leveraging your food industry knowledge.
  • Drive product awareness and category growth in commercial kitchens.
  • Manage and execute sales initiatives, ensuring strong customer engagement.
  • Work closely with marketing and operations to deliver on customer needs.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights.

About You

You are a foodservice professional with:
  • Experience as a chef, in hospitality, or in foodservice sales.
  • A passion for food and strong knowledge of commercial kitchens.
  • Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.
  • The ability to work independently and thrive in a field sales role.
  • FMCG or wholesale distribution experience (highly regarded).
