Clinigen is a rapidly growing global specialty pharmaceutical services business with a unique range of services across the pharmaceutical lifecycle. With over 1,000 employees worldwide, including offices in the US, EU (Belgium, Germany, France), Asia Pacific, and South Africa, Clinigen is poised for continued growth and expansion in our region.

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Representative/Consultant/Account Manager for Western Australia. The successful candidate will drive demand and awareness of Clinigen products and services, foster client relationships, engage healthcare professionals, and optimize distribution channels to support patient access to innovative therapies.

This role is part-time, offering 30 hours per week with the flexibility to work school hours.

ResponsibilitiesAccount Management and Client Engagement
  • Develop and maintain expert knowledge of local supply and distribution channels, building relationships with key stakeholders to maximize portfolio performance and uncover new business opportunities.
  • Manage trade and wholesale channels to promote existing and new Link products and services.
  • Ensure healthcare professionals, procurement teams, and financial decision-makers are well-informed about product and service offerings.
  • Facilitate effective communication and strategic value propositions tailored to stakeholder needs.
  • Establish and nurture positive customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and fulfilling contractual obligations, thereby enhancing Link's reputation and success in tenders.
  • Collaborate across teams to maximize business opportunities and customer satisfaction.
Strategic Territory Management
  • Work with internal teams to streamline tender evaluation and submission processes.
  • Identify and implement strategies for product placement at local and regional levels.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify future business opportunities.
  • Create and execute strategic account plans to foster growth and local engagement.
  • Use CRM systems to manage customer interactions and maintain local intelligence.
  • Attend industry conferences and events, complying with laws and regulations.
  • Achieve sales targets and launch KPIs efficiently.
Requirements
  • Degree in Life Sciences or related field preferred.
  • Proven expertise in the West Australian market.
  • Track record of achieving revenue and sales targets.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
  • Strategic and tactical account management experience.
  • Experience engaging with local wholesalers and tender groups.
  • Previous sales and/or account management experience within a hospital environment.
  • Problem-solving and innovative thinking skills.
  • Ability to forecast and analyze market trends.
  • Focus on achieving outcomes and delivering results.
