Teamlink is an AI-driven SaaS platform that digitizes workflows and enhances transparency for all parties in the real estate ecosystem, simplifying the property selling and buying process.

We are looking for a Channel Sales Specialist who works closely with channel agencies under the support of the Teamlink platform.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain a portfolio of existing channel agencies
  • Understand channel agencies' needs and work closely with them daily
  • Act as a bridge for communication between channel agencies and related internal/external parties
  • Database management and agency events preparation
  • Organise regular training/seminars with channel agencies
  • Provide insight and advice to existing and future channel agencies regarding business practices and new projects
  • Conduct regular reviews on the performance of channel agencies
  • Source new business opportunities – cold calling, prospecting, and attending networking events
  • Seek further opportunities through rapport building and strong partner relationships
  • Complete all necessary documentation for signing up new businesses
  • Work with the IT team to onboard channel agencies to the Teamlink platform
Qualifications & Requirements
  • 2+ years in Real Estate and/or related experience
  • Area expertise – good knowledge of metropolitan Sydney
  • Good knowledge of IT is highly regarded
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Outstanding telephone manner and time management
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accountability
  • Goal-oriented with a proactive mindset
  • Well-presented
  • Innovative thinker with a forward-thinking approach
  • Valid driver's licence

This role would suit a self-motivated person with a "can-do" attitude.
