Teamlink is an AI-driven SaaS platform that digitizes workflows and enhances transparency for all parties in the real estate ecosystem, simplifying the property selling and buying process.
We are looking for a Channel Sales Specialist who works closely with channel agencies under the support of the Teamlink platform.
Responsibilities- Manage and maintain a portfolio of existing channel agencies
- Understand channel agencies' needs and work closely with them daily
- Act as a bridge for communication between channel agencies and related internal/external parties
- Database management and agency events preparation
- Organise regular training/seminars with channel agencies
- Provide insight and advice to existing and future channel agencies regarding business practices and new projects
- Conduct regular reviews on the performance of channel agencies
- Source new business opportunities – cold calling, prospecting, and attending networking events
- Seek further opportunities through rapport building and strong partner relationships
- Complete all necessary documentation for signing up new businesses
- Work with the IT team to onboard channel agencies to the Teamlink platform
- 2+ years in Real Estate and/or related experience
- Area expertise – good knowledge of metropolitan Sydney
- Good knowledge of IT is highly regarded
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills
- Outstanding telephone manner and time management
- Meticulous attention to detail and accountability
- Goal-oriented with a proactive mindset
- Well-presented
- Innovative thinker with a forward-thinking approach
- Valid driver's licence
This role would suit a self-motivated person with a "can-do" attitude.
