
Sales Channel Strategist

As a Channel Development Manager, you will play a critical role in expanding market presence by building and managing a robust network of sales partners, including dealers and agents. You will be responsible for driving channel strategy, optimizing partner performance, and ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
This is a key position that requires a strong understanding of the automotive market, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to build and sustain strong, value-driven external relationships.
We are looking for a results-driven individual with a comprehensive understanding of sales KPIs and accountability, as well as a solid negotiation skillset. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Strategic Management, Marketing, or a related field, and at least 5 years of experience in automotive market channel development or related industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new sales channels; establish and maintain strong relationships with dealers, agents, and other strategic partners.
- Develop and implement effective channel strategies to optimize channel structure, expand market coverage, and drive market share growth.
- Provide comprehensive product training and marketing support to channel partners to enhance performance and ensure the achievement of sales targets.
- Regularly monitor and analyse channel sales data and market trends to refine operational strategies and improve channel efficiency.
- Oversee inventory management across channels and ensure a high level of product knowledge among partners and sales teams.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), generate reports, and drive continuous improvement of channel processes.
- Ensure effective implementation of channel policies and full compliance with legal and operational standards.
