Teamlink is an AI-driven SaaS platform that we use to make the property selling and buying process as simple and intuitive as possible by offering an integrated solution to digitize workflows and enhance transparency for all parties in the real estate ecosystem.
We are looking for a Channel Sales Specialist who works closely with the channel agencies under the support of the tech platform - Teamlink.
About the Role
- Manage and maintain a portfolio of the existing channel agencies
- Understand the channel agencies' needs and work closely with the channel agencies on a daily basis
- Act as a bridge for communication between the channel agencies and the related internal and/or external parties
- Database management and agency events preparation
- Organise regular training/seminars with the channel agencies
- Provide insight and advice to existing and future channel agencies regarding the business's practices and new projects
- Conduct regular reviews on the performance of the channel agencies
- Source new business opportunities - cold calling, prospecting, and attending networking events
- Seek further business opportunities through rapport building and creating strong relationships with existing partners
- Complete all necessary documentation associated with signing up new businesses
- Work with the IT team to bring channel agencies on board the Teamlink platform
- Ad hoc duties
To succeed in this role:
- Current Real Estate Licence/Certificate
- 2+ years in Real Estate and/or related experience
- Area expertise - good knowledge of metropolitan Sydney
- Good knowledge of IT is highly regarded
- Communication skills and attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills
- Solid written & verbal communication skills
- Outstanding telephone manner & time management
- Meticulous attention to detail and accountability
- A thirst for setting and achieving goals
- Well-presented
- An innovative thinker with a forward-thinking approach
- Valid driver's licence
