Our Gold Coast office is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager to join our growing Business Advisory & Tax Services team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building client relationships, driving team performance, and solving complex business issues.
Your Key Responsibilities- Manage and strengthen a diverse portfolio of client relationships
- Oversee workflow planning and ensure timely delivery of engagements
- Provide expert advice on tax matters and technical business issues
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team
- Drive a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence
- Support the firm's strategic initiatives and contribute to business growth
- Experience with the following systems is advantageous (but not essential): FYI Docs
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in public practice, ideally within a mid-tier or reputable firm
- Strong leadership and people management capabilities
- Excellent communication and client engagement skills
- Proven strategic thinker with sound technical knowledge
- A self-starter with a proactive mindset and results-driven attitude
