Your New Role

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-focused Correspondence & Support Officer to join our Executive Services team at Bayside Health Service. In this role, you will:

  • Prepare, interpret, and manage high-level executive correspondence, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Provide confidential executive and senior administrative support, including briefing notes, business cases, and ministerial responses.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate input and ensure consistent communication standards.
  • Support the Executive Office with scheduling, minute-taking, mailbox management, and other administrative tasks as required.
About You

You are a proactive and professional administrator with excellent communication skills and a commitment to accuracy. You will bring:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interpret and convey complex information clearly.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring correspondence and documents meet organisational standards.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
