This role provides high-level quality assurance of complex executive and ministerial correspondence and briefing documents, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and alignment with departmental style guides. It involves advising departmental officers on correspondence preparation, managing ESU reporting using advanced Excel and HP Trim skills, overseeing the ESU inbox and mail merge processes via MapiLab, and coordinating inter-departmental information requests. The position also supports operational tasks such as registering and finalising correspondence, contributes to process improvements and stakeholder engagement, assists in maintaining style guides and manuals, and actively fosters a positive team culture.
