Talent Services Lead Job Summary

The Talent Services Lead plays a crucial role in overseeing recruitment and employment administration services for various public entities. This position requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Manage a small team to deliver accurate and timely recruitment services in accordance with departmental policies and procedures.
  • Recruitment Administration: Coordinate end-to-end recruitment administration services, including policy advice, online requisitions, developing position descriptions, attraction and sourcing strategies, posting advertisements, background checking, offer management, and ensuring compliance with recruitment processes and agreed timeframes.
  • Process Improvement: Review and make recommendations to support continuous improvement of recruitment processes, systems, metrics, and reporting, as well as act as the subject matter expert on recruitment systems and related processes.
Requirements:
  • Leadership Experience: Proven experience in leading teams and managing recruitment processes.
  • Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop effective solutions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
