Wat ga je doen?
Als Valuation Analyst maak je deel uit van het Valuations team in Amsterdam. Met jouw team ben je verantwoordelijk voor onafhankelijke en hoogwaardige taxatierapportages van vastgoed. Je stelt rapportages op, beoordeeltvastgoed en werkt rekenmodellen uit. Samen met een ervaren Valuer ben je verantwoordelijk voor verschillende portefeuilles. Jullie onderhouden contacten met de opdrachtgevers en bezoeken regelmatig bijzonder vastgoed en netwerkbijeenkomsten.
Naast dat je ondersteundwordt om je vakinhoudelijk te ontwikkelen, zijn er bij Colliers ook mogelijkheden om je op persoonlijk vlak te blijven ontwikkelen. Zo bieden we verschillende trainings- en opleidingsprogramma's aan en krijg je de ruimte om intern je bijdrage leveren aan de strategische doelstellingen van de organisatie.

Wat vragen wij van jou?
- Minimaal een afgeronde hboopleiding in de richting van Vastgoed, Finance of Bouwkunde;
- Je hebt ervaring met Excel;
- Je hebt interesse in data, enige kennis van data-modelering en programmeertalen is een pre;
- Een nauwkeurige, analytische blik en goede communicatieve vaardigheden;
- Goede beheersing van zowel de Nederlandse als Engelse taal.
