We are seeking an experienced Asset Valuation Specialist to join our team.

This is a critical role that plays a key part in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of asset valuations, while also contributing expert insights to support the analysis of new acquisitions, developments, refurbishments, and major leasing transactions.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills and be able to work effectively with performance analysts to provide high-quality valuation results to stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading external valuation programmes, including instructing consultant valuers and reviewing their reports.
  • Coordinating internal valuation programmes and working closely with performance analysts.
  • Presentation of valuation results to stakeholders and providing strategic insights.
  • Maintenance of property forecast models and supporting analysis of developments, transactions, and leasing deals.
  • Advising on Asset Plans and Business Plans, and contributing to group initiatives and process improvements.
  • Building strong market relationships and providing technical expertise on property-related matters.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A tertiary qualification in Real Estate or Property.
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in Real Estate or Property discipline.
  • Certified Practicing Valuer (CPV) accreditation.
  • A strong understanding of investment-grade property markets.
  • Experience with listed and unlisted property funds management.
  • Skilled in running and interpreting cash-flow modelling systems.
