Valuation Specialist Role

The Valuations Manager role plays a vital part in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of asset valuations while contributing expert insights to support analysis of new acquisitions, developments, refurbishments, and major leasing transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leading the external valuation program, including instructing consultant valuers and reviewing their reports.
  • Coordinating the internal valuation program and working closely with performance analysts.
  • P presenting valuation results to stakeholders and providing strategic insights.
  • Maintaining property forecast models and supporting analysis of developments, transactions, and leasing deals.
  • Advising on Asset Plans, Business Plans, and contributing to group initiatives and process improvements.
  • Building strong market relationships and providing technical expertise on property-related matters.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in Real Estate or Property.
  • 3 - 5 years experience in Real Estate or Property discipline, CPV (Certified Practicing Valuer) accreditation.
  • Strong understanding of investment-grade property markets.
  • Experience with listed and unlisted property funds management.
  • Skilled in running and interpreting cash-flow modelling systems.
