Job Title: Property Valuation Leader

The Opportunity

Seeking a strategic property valuation expert to lead the valuation process, ensuring accuracy and integrity of asset valuations.

This role provides expert insights for analyzing new acquisitions, developments, refurbishments, and major leasing transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage external valuation programs, instructing consultant valuers and reviewing their reports.
  • Coordinate internal valuation processes and collaborate with performance analysts.
  • Present valuation results to stakeholders and offer strategic insights.
  • Maintain property forecast models and support analysis of developments, transactions, and leasing deals.
  • Provide technical expertise on property-related matters.
About You
  • Tertiary qualification in Real Estate or Property is required.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Real Estate or Property disciplines; CPV (Certified Practicing Valuer) accreditation preferred.
  • Strong understanding of investment-grade property markets.
  • Experience managing listed and unlisted property funds.
  • Proficiency in cash-flow modeling systems.
