Valuations Leadership Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Valuations Manager to join our team in a leadership role.

  • Lead the external valuation programme, instructing consultant valuers and reviewing their reports.
  • Co-coordinate the internal valuation programme with performance analysts.
  • Present valuation results to stakeholders and provide strategic insights.
  • Maintain property forecast models and support analysis of developments, transactions and leasing deals.
  • Advise on Asset Plans and Business Plans, contributing to group initiatives and process improvements.
  • Build strong market relationships and provide technical expertise on property-related matters.

Key qualifications include:

  • Tertiary qualification in Real Estate or Property discipline.
  • Strong understanding of investment-grade retail property markets.
  • Experience in listed and unlisted property funds management.
  • Skilled in running and interpreting cash-flow modelling systems.

This is a 15-month fixed-term contract, full-time position.
