The Opportunity We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Valuations Manager to support the Head of Valuations in overseeing the valuation process across all assets under management.
This role is crucial in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of asset valuations, while also providing expert insights for analyzing new acquisitions, developments, refurbishments, and major leasing transactions.
This is a 15-month fixed-term, full-time contract position.
Key Responsibilities Lead the external valuation program, including instructing consultant valuers and reviewing their reports.
Coordinate the internal valuation program and collaborate closely with performance analysts.
Present valuation results to stakeholders and offer strategic insights.
Maintain property forecast models and support analysis of developments, transactions, and leasing deals.
Advise on Asset Plans, Business Plans, and contribute to group initiatives and process improvements.
Build strong market relationships and provide technical expertise on property-related matters.
About You Tertiary qualification in Real Estate or Property.3-5 years of experience in Real Estate or Property disciplines; CPV (Certified Practicing Valuer) accreditation preferred.
Strong understanding of investment-grade property markets.
Experience managing listed and unlisted property funds.
Proficiency in cash-flow modeling systems.
