Overview

We're looking for a Systems Business Analyst with a strong Finance and ERP background to join a collaborative team supporting core systems. This role focuses on supporting existing Finance processes within an ERP environment.

What You'll Do
  • Support Finance stakeholders with system tasks, queries, reporting, and analysis/extracts.
  • Gather, document, and validate requirements for enhancements, fixes, and process improvements.
  • Collaborate effectively with developers, support partners, and business users to ensure smooth delivery of solutions.
  • Coordinate and execute testing, including UAT, and manage defect triage.
  • Provide ongoing system support for users, helping troubleshoot issues and optimize processes.
  • Maintain traceability of requirements and outcomes, ensuring Finance needs are fully met.
What You'll Bring
  • Strong experience in Finance processes within an ERP environment.
  • 3–5 years' experience in Business Analysis, Technical Analysis, or similar roles.
  • Solid stakeholder engagement and communication skills, able to liaise between Finance, IT, and support teams.
  • Experience with requirements gathering, documentation, and gap analysis.
  • Testing coordination and execution experience (UAT, defect triage).
  • Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and a collaborative, solution-oriented approach.
Highly Desirable
  • Previous experience in retail, supply chain, or ERP environments.
