The opportunity

A skilled Business Systems Analyst to work on a number of projects, alongside our delivery team.

• Facilitation of workshops with clients
• Needs analysis, identification and documentation
• Data mapping
• User manual development
• Working alongside our Quality Assurance team to develop test cases, test plans and testing outcomes
• Assisting with client based systems training
• Working closely with our development team to ensure smooth delivery of designed systems and applications
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams alike

What we like to see in you

• Minimum 3 years experience as a Business Systems Analyst
• Not mandatory, but please highlight if you have worked with MS D365 or other ERP/CRM tools as a BSA - this will push your application to the top of our queue
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Proven experience creating and maintaining use cases, user stories, test case writing and more
• Articulate, competent and proven conveyer of key message skills
• Proven experience with time management
• Ability to prioritise tasks
• High quality standards, holding not only yourself to these but those around you
• Track record of taking initiative
• Ability to work to deadlines
• Assume the lead role to investigate and document business requirements, using proven techniques and methodologies, to shape solution selection, planning, delivery and implementation.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to propose business and technical solution design and act as liaison between the business units and technology teams throughout implementation.
• Develop key project documentation, including scoping and requirement documents, project briefs, process maps, communications plans, operational/user documentation.
• Skilled stakeholder engagement capability and collaboration, with the ability to elicit, create clarity and capture business requirements / priorities is essential.
• The ability to analyse and interpret business needs and processes and translate to high quality documentation for both a business and technical audience.
• Clear, concise and audience specific communication skills.
