About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced
Business Systems Analyst
to join our team on a 12-month contract. This hybrid role requires on-site presence in Melbourne three days per week and offers the opportunity to work on impactful system solutions within a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver Agile business and functional analysis services, contributing to iterative development cycles.
  • Document business requirements and functional designs using user stories, wireframes, screen mock-ups, and other visual aids.
  • Facilitate negotiations with business stakeholders, users, technical teams, and product owners to align on solution outcomes.
  • Lead workshops and engage directly with solution stakeholders to gather and refine requirements.
  • Perform process re-engineering, capturing both current and future state workflows.
  • Develop and manage system integration specifications to support seamless technology interactions.
  • Showcase system solutions and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in system solution analysis.
  • Strong background in Agile methodologies and functional analysis.
  • Proficiency in creating clear and comprehensive documentation.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills.
  • Workshop facilitation and stakeholder collaboration experience.
  • Demonstrated ability in process mapping and re-engineering.
  • Experience with system integration and UAT support.
