Now we're growing our sales team and looking for a driven Delegate Sales Executive to help us fill seats at our high-profile events and conferences.

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to kickstart your sales career in a fast-paced, energetic team. You'll be selling delegate passes to senior decision-makers - from Chief Procurement Officers to Sustainability Managers - and building relationships that matter. Using LinkedIn, phone, and email, you'll be the voice that gets people through the door.

You'll work closely with our Head of Sales and wider events team, gaining exposure to some of Australia's biggest companies and sharpening your commercial skills.

What You'll Do
  • Drive ticket sales for conferences and programs
  • Prospect new leads via LinkedIn, calls, and research
  • Engage with senior executives across industries
  • Deliver compelling proposals and follow up to close deals
  • Keep accurate records in HubSpot (CRM)
  • Contribute to our social media presence by sharing event updates and thought leadership
  • Be a brand ambassador at our events and in every client interaction
What We're Looking For

  • Motivated by hitting targets and earning commission
  • A natural communicator with strong written and verbal skills
  • Proficient with LinkedIn
  • Organised, proactive, and able to work in a collaborative team
  • Curious about business, procurement, and how industries are being transformed by AI, technology, and sustainability

Previous sales experience is great, but not essential - if you're ambitious and eager to learn, we'll support you to grow.

What Success Looks Like
  • 50+ outbound calls a day
  • 5+ new LinkedIn connections daily
  • Consistent weekly delegate sales (approx. 2–3 deals per week)
