About the Role

Join our People Services Team and play a key role in delivering timely HR administration and recruitment support. You\'ll help ensure an exceptional experience for candidates, employees, and stakeholders through efficient processes and a strong service mindset.

Responsibilities
  • Generate employment contracts, variation letters, and salary review documentation within required timeframes, ensuring approvals and updates in People Hub.
  • Manage onboarding processes including pre-employment checks (VEVO, police, reference), fuel card orders, and compliance with legislative frameworks.
  • Maintain employee records, administer service recognition programs, and support probation, exit interviews, and reporting of trends and milestones.
  • Partner with People Business Partners to manage casual conversions, org chart accuracy, and ensure compliance with enterprise agreements.
  • Maintain data integrity in People Hub and Employee Central, action requests within 24 hours, and support roster creation and system updates.
  • Coordinate training enrolments, monitor attendance, manage LMS updates, and ensure compliance training is completed and followed up.
About You
  • Prior experience in HR administration within a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, communication, and organisational skills.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office; experience with SAP, Adobe, or Xodo is a plus.
