Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and enthusiastic HR Administrator to join our team. This role is central to supporting our employees and ensuring smooth day-to-day HR and office operations. The HR Administrator will be responsible for managing employee life cycles, supporting recruitment, maintaining compliance, and contributing to a positive and professional workplace environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources
- Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related queries, providing timely and accurate support.
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding, including documentation, equipment issuance/return, and induction scheduling.
- Support managers with recruitment processes, from posting roles to coordinating interviews.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS systems in line with local labor laws.
- Administer vacation accruals and leave tracking.
- Complete monthly HR reporting and respond to information requests from Group HR and internal stakeholders.
- Support the implementation of HR processes such as performance reviews and other initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labor law, health & safety regulations, data protection, and company policies.
Office Management
- Oversee office supplies and services to ensure a professional and well-equipped working environment.
- Support the management of office and general expenses, ensuring accurate processing within budget.
- Coordinate meetings internally and externally, including logistics and room setup.
- Manage company documentation and ensure secure and compliant filing of records.
- Provide support on ad hoc administrative projects as needed.
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in HR, office management, or a combined role.
- Strong knowledge of local labor laws and HR compliance.
- Excellent organisational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills and high emotional intelligence.
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with HRIS systems preferred.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive matters with discretion.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
