**About the role**:
TES is looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to help support an evolving and growing company. Reporting to the Human Resources Generalist, you will coordinate employee-related programs and processes including recruitment, onboarding, training, employee engagement, VISA maintenance, policy reviews, and general administration.
You will provide a range of HR tasks and support to ensure the HR department meets the operational needs TES and its associated business units.
**Your main responsibilities will include**:
- Assist with the recruitment process by shortlisting resumes, conducting telephone interviews, organising face to face interviews, and completing reference checks;
- Be responsible for the issuing of employment contracts and variations;
- Coordinate the on-boarding and induction process for all new starters ;
- Champion our people management system (Kronos) including records and employee file maintenance;
- Support the TES teams by responding to their requests and queries in a timely manner;
- Assist the HR team in reporting & metrics;
- Maintain and implement business policies, procedures, guidelines;
- Completing general HR administration tasks such as updating staff details across multiple systems, maintaining employee milestones, and maintaining confidential and sensitive information;
- Work collaboratively with the HR team to contribute to the development and consistent implementation of systems, training, procedures, and projects;
- Assist as needed in the wider HR team with matters relating to Compliance, Safety & Audits.
**Skills and Experience**
- Excellent Written & Oral communication skills and ability to engage with all staff;
- Highly developed administration skills including Microsoft Office;
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including influencing skills;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;
- Strong action orientation to deliver accurate outcomes to tight timelines;
- Strong work ethic and a passion for HR;
- Working knowledge of Kronos is an advantage;
- Professional qualification in Human Resources or relevant field (highly desirable).
