What you'll do
  • Design and develop digital learning assets that support leadership development across all levels
  • Create compelling primers, videos, microlearning and digital learning content that motivates leaders to engage and apply what they learn
  • Translate complex ideas into simple, accessible formats that align with brand and learning outcomes
  • Advise on the best media and formats to deliver learning outcomes effectively
  • Apply human-centered design and design thinking principles to ensure content is inclusive, engaging and accessible
  • Collaborate with global stakeholders to ensure content is contextually relevant and culturally attuned
What you'll bring
  • Confident communicator and learning content creator able to manage complex stakeholder needs and translate subject matter into clear, compelling learning assets
  • Proven experience in digital learning design, especially for leadership or people development audiences
  • Strong instructional design skills and a portfolio of digital content that drives behaviour change
  • Proficiency in tools like Articulate, Camtasia, Adobe Creative Suite, and other eLearning platforms
  • A curious mindset — exploring emerging technologies like AI and how they can enhance learning experiences
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Excellent consulting and stakeholder engagement skills
  • A passion for creating learning that makes a real impact
