Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the development, delivery, and evaluation of training initiatives that cater to the needs of our employees during the rollout of the Single Digital Patient Record (SDPR) across our facility. As a Training Lead, you will be responsible for creating an effective approach to deliver training to end-users with varying levels of digital literacy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement an effective training strategy to ensure seamless onboarding of employees into the SDPR system.

  • Evaluate and review training programs to guarantee compliance with business requirements, best practices, and adult learning principles.

  • Provide support to staff through classroom training sessions, on-the-job training, and coaching and mentoring.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in adult learning and technical training is essential.

  • A qualification in TA E40116 - Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent is required.

  • Demonstrated organisational skills, ability to prioritise, and achieve business goals is crucial.

  • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills are necessary.
