Help shape the future of leadership at QBE.
We're building something bold: a global leadership development offering that empowers leaders across regions to adapt, connect and deliver with impact. As our
Digital Learning Lead
, you'll be at the heart of this transformation — crafting digital learning experiences that are sharp, engaging, and deeply human.
This is a hands-on, creative role within a high-performing global team. You'll be an individual contributor, working closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to design digital learning collections that our regions can localise and deliver. From primers and hooks to digital modules and videos, your work will help leaders connect with content that matters.
What you'll do:
Design and develop digital learning assets that support leadership development across all levels
Create compelling primers, videos, microlearning and digital learning content that motivates leaders to engage and apply what they learn
Translate complex ideas into simple, accessible formats that align with QBE's brand and learning outcomes
Advise on the best media and formats to deliver learning outcomes effectively
Apply human-centred design and design thinking principles to ensure content is inclusive, engaging and accessible
Collaborate with global stakeholders to ensure content is contextually relevant and culturally attuned
What you'll bring:
We're looking for a confident communicator and learning content creator who can hit the ground running, manage complex stakeholder needs, and translate subject matter into clear compelling learning assets.
Proven experience in digital learning design, especially for leadership or people development audiences
Strong instructional design skills and a portfolio of digital content that drives behaviour change
Proficiency in tools like Articulate, Camtasia, Adobe Creative Suite, and other eLearning platforms
A curious mindset — you're already exploring emerging technologies like AI and thinking about how they can enhance learning experiences
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Excellent consulting and stakeholder engagement skills
A passion for creating learning that makes a real impact.
